gary dWe were just looking for some property around Greenville 35 to 40 years ago, and it was just a huge piece of property out here and I knew that it would probably eventually be a wonderful industrial park, which it’s turned out to be. Just about anything we need—whether it be somebody to work on our buildings or shipping trucking lines— they’re all over this place, so it’s just very conducive to doing business.
