SCTAC realigns property to allow for runway-front property lease and puts large corporate hangar on market
SC Technology and Aviation Center announces today a new runway-front, 60 acre 'Parcel H' and 13,000 sq. ft. hangar will be available for rent.
"The direct access to the 8,000 foot active runway makes the 60 acre 'Parcel H' ideal for aviation-related companies or businesses with a need for frequent long distance sales," says Airport Operations Director, Peter Cevallos. "SCTAC and Donaldson Field are pro-business facilities and these two sites facilitate an easy global access."
The luxury corporate aircraft hangar, with 10,000 square feet of hangar space and 3,000 square feet of office space, sits on 1.36 acres adjacent to Donaldson Field, the largest general aviation airport in the state. The only available hangar at SCTAC, the space has one and a half newly-updated bathrooms, full kitchen and 3 corporate offices.
"Encouraging business and aviation growth amongst the Upstate is the most important job SCTAC has," says Jody Bryson, SCTAC President and CEO. "These two properties have a competitive edge to serve the needs of the aviation community and attract businesses seeking a new home in the Upstate."
